In order to promote its long-term development, fully leverage the resources and investment management strengths of professional investment institutions, and improve the investment layout in the 5G industry chain, ZhongJi InnoLight plans to invest RMB 30 million of its own capital to establish the 5G industry fund Zhejiang Rongteng Venture Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongteng Fund", a temporary name subject to approval by the industry and commerce bureau), jointly with the general partner Zhejiang Rongyi Investment Management Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rongyi Investment") and other limited partners. The announcement indicates that this investment focuses on leading companies with technological and market advantages in the 5G industry ecosystem and other high-value companies with development potential: upstream chips, key devices and components in the 5G industry, and applications in the downstream 5G industry, as well as innovative companies to achieve competitive strength, domestic and import substitution, and outstanding marketing capabilities.
